Cases move through Kanban stages, destructive actions need dual approval, and unreachable backends are marked simulated—never fake-completed. Partner connectors such as Cortex XSOAR or FortiSOAR are roadmap; native Reflex is shipped.

How policy-gated playbooks stay honest
Reflex stages work then executes under approval rules. If a backend is unreachable, execution is recorded as simulated rather than silently marked completed.
