1. 14天退款保证
如果您因任何原因对 Axix 云订阅不满意，请在付费交易日期后 14 天内申请全额退款（新订阅的首付费用，或免费试用结束后开始计费周期的付费费用）。
此 14 天退款保证是无条件的。
2. 免费试用
如果提供免费试用，则试用期间不会收取任何费用，除非您升级到付费计划。
3. 如何申请退款
Email info@axixtechnologies.com (or billing@axixtechnologies.com) with your company name, account email, and invoice or Transaction ID. If you purchased through Payoneer, you may also request a refund via your Payoneer receipt / buyer portal, and we will cooperate with Payoneer as Merchant of Record.
符合条件的退款将尽可能退回到原始付款方式，通常在批准后 14 天内。
4. 通过 Payoneer（记录商户）购买
当 Payoneer 是您购买的记录商户时，Payoneer 会向您出售产品并根据 Payoneer 退款政策和买家条款处理退款。
5. 取消（停止未来计费）
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@axixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund under this policy ends access sooner.
6. 变化
我们可能会更新本退款政策。
