Typical scopes cover site hierarchies, kWh trends, and threshold alarms, with an optional CyberDragon link for OT security. Fixed Price or Dedicated Team follows discovery of protocols and sites.
Meter feeds, hierarchies, and dashboards
Facilities and plant teams need site → building → feeder hierarchies with kWh, demand, and power-factor trends they trust. A custom energy management monitoring system usually normalizes IoT or OT payloads—Modbus, MQTT, or vendor cloud APIs you document—into time-series stores and operational dashboards. Replay charts support disputes with landlords or utilities. Axix does not manufacture meters; hardware stays with you or your vendor. We do not invent billing-grade metrology certifications on this page.
Alerts and operational response
Threshold alerts for demand spikes, offline meters, and anomalous overnight loads follow rules you approve. Notifications go to roles you name via email or webhook. Quiet hours and severity tiers reduce fatigue. Setpoint recommendations stay advisory unless you scope closed-loop control with clear safety ownership—we do not claim autonomous plant optimization brands. Exception queues track who acknowledged each alarm.
Optional CyberDragon OT security link
When energy assets sit on industrial networks, discovery can link monitoring to CyberDragon OT security capabilities—passive CyberEdge capture patterns, OT Safety Guardrails, and related detection modules described in CyberDragon marketing—without merging energy dashboards into a claimed SIEM replacement by default. OT security is a separate product conversation; this page only notes the link option. We never invent PLC agent installs that CyberDragon marketing does not describe.
Delivery for energy and OT stakeholders
Discovery maps protocols, historian retention, and which ERP cost centers should see energy KPIs. Pilots often instrument one substation or building before multi-site rollouts. Engagements use Fixed Price or Dedicated Team with NDA—no free-trial energy product claim. Integration with local requirements (e.g. FBR, ZATCA, customs authority portals) is scoped per project only if utility invoice PDFs must reconcile to meter totals via IDP—we never claim certification or approval. Tariffs and TOU calendars stay configuration you provide; we do not invent regulator-approved tariff engines. Tenant sub-billing portals are optional project work when landlords need read-only views. Export to spreadsheet for ESG packs remains a common scoped deliverable after the first stable month of data. Degree-day or production-normalized views can be configured when discovery provides the normalizing drivers—we do not invent industry benchmark scores. Feeder-level rollups help facilities isolate which line tripped demand without walking the plant floor first. CyberDragon link scoping stays optional and documented so energy dashboards never silently assume OT packet capture is already deployed.
