1. 14日間の返金保証
何らかの理由でAxix クラウド サブスクリプションにご満足いただけない場合は、有料取引日 (新しいサブスクリプションの最初の有料料金、または無料トライアル終了後に請求期間が開始される有料料金) から 14 日以内に全額返金をリクエストしてください。
この 14 日間の返金保証は無条件です。
2. 無料トライアル
無料トライアルが提供されている場合、有料プランにアップグレードしない限り、トライアル中に料金は徴収されません。
3. 返金申請方法
Email info@axixtechnologies.com (or billing@axixtechnologies.com) with your company name, account email, and invoice or Transaction ID. If you purchased through Payoneer, you may also request a refund via your Payoneer receipt / buyer portal, and we will cooperate with Payoneer as Merchant of Record.
対象となる払い戻しは、可能であれば通常は承認後 14 日以内に元のお支払い方法で返金されます。
4. Payoneer (登録販売者) を介した購入
Payoneer がお客様の購入の登録販売者である場合、Payoneer はお客様に製品を販売し、Payoneer 返金ポリシーおよび購入者の規約に従って返金を処理します。
5. キャンセル（今後の請求を停止する）
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@axixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund under this policy ends access sooner.
6. 変更点
この返金ポリシーは更新される場合があります。
