Billing and Invoicing System

Axix ERP is a billing and invoicing system that connects Selling documents to Accounts & Finance. Run quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and sales invoices with pricing and discount rules, then post payments against the same customer ledger—so order-to-cash stays inside documented ERP modules rather than a separate billing appliance.

Selling: quotation through sales invoice

The Selling module covers customer management, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Note, Sales Invoice, pricing rules, discount rules, and sales analytics. Order tracking, delivery accuracy, and sales-to-accounts linkage are the published business value for Selling. Pricing and discount rules apply on quotations and orders before Delivery Note and Sales Invoice post into Accounts Receivable. Sales analytics help commercial teams review billed volume without a separate BI appliance claim. Period closing and tax configuration in Accounts & Finance keep billed periods auditable. The documented Sales flow moves Lead or Opportunity in CRM through Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Note (stock out), Sales Invoice, and Payment so billed shipments stay connected to the customer ledger without a separate billing appliance.

Accounts & Finance for invoices and payments

Accounts & Finance includes Sales Invoice, Payment Entry, Accounts Receivable, credit and debit notes, tax configuration, and period closing so billed amounts land in the books. Finance teams close periods with the same chart of accounts used for the rest of ERP. This billing and invoicing system path does not claim subscription billing engines or POS appliances beyond Selling and Accounts features listed in marketing.

Stock linkage on delivery

Delivery Note outward movements connect to Stock Inventory so billed shipments reflect warehouse balances when stock is in scope. Item masters with SKU, barcode, and UOM, multiple warehouses, and batch or serial tracking follow the published stock module—without claiming a separate WMS, ASN, or RF handheld suite beyond the item barcode field.

Configurable in a project

Subscription billing, recurring invoice schedules, e-commerce storefronts, and payment-gateway brand packs can be configured or built as part of a project when APIs and commercial rules are documented. Portal self-service invoice access exists as a separate Portal module when you enable it for order visibility and invoice-related access. Credit and Debit Note remain available in Accounts & Finance for invoice adjustments without inventing a returns portal SKU.
