Custom Hospital Management System
Axix builds a custom hospital management system (HMS) on Axix modules—not a finished clinical product we resell. Scopes often include OPD IPD management, laboratory and pharmacy module workflows, patient records, billing, and staff attendance via HCM. Patient data handling must follow local law (e.g. HIPAA in US, PDPL in KSA) and is scoped per project—we do not claim certification outcomes.
Clinical and operations modules
Hospital builds typically need OPD IPD management, appointments, patient records, laboratory and pharmacy module coordination (including LIS-style lab order flows when scoped), and billing. Axix assembles these as custom software on agreed architecture—not as a pre-certified EMR brand.
Compliance note for patient data
Patient data handling must follow local law (e.g. HIPAA in US, PDPL in KSA) and is scoped per project. Axix implements technical controls you specify; legal interpretation, BAAs, and formal certifications remain your counsel’s and auditor’s responsibility. We never invent compliance badges on this page.
Staff, visitors, and documents
Staff attendance via HCM supports clinical and admin shifts. Visitor Management can cover lobby and ward entry when scoped. IDP can assist invoice or claim document extraction for finance teams—not clinical diagnosis.
