Outpatient clinics need booking calendars, provider rooms, no-show tracking, and encounter notes without hospital-scale IPD complexity. Integration with local requirements (e.g. FBR, ZATCA, customs authority portals) is scoped per project for e-invoices—we never claim certification or approval. A fuller hospital path remains a separate custom hospital management system scope when IPD and lab LIS enter the picture.
Compliance scoped per country
Patient data handling must follow local law (e.g. HIPAA in US, PDPL in KSA, and applicable rules in Pakistan, UAE, and UK) and is scoped per country and per project. Axix implements technical controls you specify—encryption at rest, role access, audit logs—while legal interpretation, BAAs, and formal certifications remain your counsel’s and auditor’s responsibility. We never invent compliance badges on this page.

Encounter note amendments keep prior versions for audit when clinicians correct a signed chart under your policy. No-show fee rules can draft receipts only after discovery confirms local fee practice—never as a silent default charge.
