Cybersecurity Incident Management System

Axix Oryx delivers a cybersecurity incident management system through Reflex policy-gated SOAR and Sentinel multi-tenant SIEM. Run case Kanban from new to resolved, human-gated playbook authoring, and dual-approval destructive actions, while alerts stay in tenant-isolated indices with OCSF normalization—so response speed never skips governance.

Reflex: cases, playbooks, policy-gated response

Axix Reflex is StackStorm-backed (Apache-2.0) SOAR with policy-gated destructive actions, unified case management, and AI-assisted human-gated playbook authoring. Case Kanban moves new → investigating → contained → resolved. The Policy Engine requires approval for destructive actions; isolate_host and block_ip need dual approval from two distinct approvers. Stage-then-execute avoids inline fake success; dead-letter queues support governed requeue; unreachable backends simulate instead of falsely completing—so automation never invents a successful isolate when the backend is unreachable. Faster MTTR with approved automation and a full audit trail for every destructive step is the published Reflex outcome beside Sentinel tenant isolation. Compliance overlays such as SBP, RBI, MAS, DORA, and PCI-DSS tagging stay on Sentinel when jurisdiction packs are in scope.

Sentinel: tenant-isolated SIEM

Axix Sentinel is a Wazuh-backed detection core with per-tenant alert index isolation, OCSF normalization, AI-assisted human-gated rule authoring, and jurisdiction compliance overlays such as SBP, RBI, MAS, DORA, and PCI-DSS tagging. Features include agent fleet enrollment and health monitoring, entity timeline and saved queries, response actions for isolate host or block IP with dual approval, and ingest security with mTLS, allowlists, PII masking, and a durable queue for MSSP-friendly tenant boundaries.

How incidents move from alert to approved action

OCSF triggers from Sentinel alerts and Vantage findings feed Reflex cases. Analysts work the Kanban; approved automation shortens MTTR with a full audit trail for every destructive step. Fail-closed Policy Engine defaults keep production-safe behavior. This cybersecurity incident management system path does not claim Microsoft Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR, or FortiSOAR connectors as shipping GA features.

Configurable in a project

Third-party SOAR/SIEM brand connectors listed on roadmap—and custom playbook packs beyond published Reflex features—can be configured or built as part of a project when scoped. Do not treat roadmap items as GA on this page. Vantage findings can already trigger Reflex via OCSF when that Oryx surface is licensed; additional ticketing brand bridges remain project work.
