Data engineering before clever chat
BI fails when chat answers invent numbers absent from the warehouse. A custom AI-powered business intelligence platform usually starts with source contracts—ERP Accounts, Selling, Stock, HCM extracts, or other systems you name—then models a semantic layer of metrics and dimensions you approve. Dashboards and scheduled exports sit on that layer. This is custom analyst UX for your BI warehouse—not a claim that Axix Oryx Copilot (built for Vantage, Sentinel, and Reflex security context) answers ERP finance questions by default. Cross-product Copilot reuse only appears if discovery explicitly scopes that security product path.
Honest scope
Models are trained on the customer’s data—warehouse schemas, metric definitions, and example question–answer pairs you provide. Results depend on data quality and metric clarity; conflicting revenue definitions and late ETL will produce confusing answers. We do not promise answer accuracy percentages, decision ROI, or that every question will resolve without clarification. Ambiguous prompts should escalate to a human analyst; Axix engineers the governed path, not omniscient reporting.
Delivery for analytics and finance stakeholders
Discovery maps certified metrics, refresh SLAs, and who may publish new dashboards. Pilots often certify a small metric set—revenue, margin, inventory turns—before open-ended chat. Engagements use Fixed Price or Dedicated Team with NDA—no free-trial BI product claim. Prompt and answer logs support audit when finance requires traceability. Integration with local requirements (e.g. FBR, ZATCA, customs authority portals) is scoped per project only if tax filings must reconcile to BI packs—we never claim certification or approval. Semantic-layer change control stops shadow metrics from entering chat without owner review. Mobile-friendly dashboard layouts can be scoped; they do not invent offline sync promises.
