Data-Driven Decision Making in 2026: Why Most Enterprises Are Still Flying Blind

93% of executives say data drives their decisions. The data says otherwise. Here's the gap between enterprise data ambition and operational reality — and the AI architecture that bridges it.
In a 2025 Gartner survey, 93% of C-suite executives reported that data and analytics were 'central to their decision-making process.' This is the enterprise data paradox: investment in data infrastructure has never been higher, yet the quality of operational decisions has barely improved. The problem isn't the data. It's the architecture.
