This page describes what customers purchase on https://axixtechnologies.com and how online payments work. It is published for transparency with payment partners and business customers.

1. What we sell online

Axix Technologies sells subscription access to B2B cloud software products only. Self-serve checkout covers software plans such as Axix HCM (HR/payroll/attendance), Agentic ERP, Axix IDP (invoice & PO document processing), and Axix Visitor (visitor management). Each plan grants login access to our hosted platform for the subscribing organization.

2. What we do not sell online

We do not sell consumer marketing lists, email databases for resale, or direct-marketing lead packs through checkout. We do not sell human consulting, implementation, or technical support as standalone products on the payment page — those are separate sales engagements. Checkout is for software subscriptions only.

3. Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Paddle (or another Merchant of Record) as authorized payment partner. Paddle may handle tax, invoicing, and card statements. Axix does not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Customer type

Our services are sold to businesses (B2B). Customers must provide a work email, company name, and authorized representative details at signup. Subscriptions are tied to a unique organization account with usage limits per plan (employees, document pages, visitor check-ins, etc.).

5. Legal policies

All subscribers agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before payment. Links are shown at checkout and in the site footer.
