1. Free trials
Axix HCM and other products may offer a free trial (e.g. 7 days, up to 10 employees). No payment is collected during an active free trial unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan. Free trials are not eligible for refunds because no charge is made.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (e.g. Standard, Premium, or enterprise modules) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle per the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Refund eligibility
We may approve refunds in the following cases:
- First paid subscription charge: full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial payment and the service has not been materially used (e.g. excessive employee provisioning or payroll runs may disqualify a full refund).
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a billing system error.
- Extended outage attributable to Axix that prevents reasonable use of the service for more than 72 consecutive hours.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Renewal charges after the first billing period, except where required by law.
- Partial-month usage after cancellation (no pro-rata refund unless stated in your enterprise agreement).
- Professional services, custom development, training, or hardware sold under separate contracts.
- Taxes or fees collected by payment partners where remitted to authorities.
6. Payment partner (Paddle / MoR)
If you purchased through Paddle or another Merchant of Record, refunds may be processed by that partner according to their invoicing rules. Contact us at the email below and we will coordinate with the processor. Refund timing typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@axixtechnologies.com with your company name, account email, invoice or transaction ID, and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
