Axix Technologies

Manufacturing Production Planning System

Axix ERP is a manufacturing production planning system that joins Manufacturing, Stock Inventory, Quality Management, Maintenance, and Subcontracting. Plan BOM-driven work orders, consume materials, post finished goods, inspect quality, schedule equipment maintenance, and run job-work subcontracting—without claiming MES, shop-floor IoT, or predictive-maintenance AI that are not in published marketing.

Manufacturing: BOM, work orders, production planning

Manufacturing features include Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Order, Production planning, Material consumption, Finished goods posting, and Manufacturing reports. Production planning with material consumption and finished goods posting is the documented business value—so planners see what to make and what stock moves require. Work orders drive material consumption against BOM structures before finished goods posting returns stock to the warehouse. Manufacturing reports summarize planning and consumption so plant teams reconcile production against Stock Inventory balances without inventing a separate MES console. Quality inspections and non-conformance tracking can gate finished goods when Quality Management is enabled, and Maintenance schedules keep equipment service history beside the same production assets. Subcontracting orders can issue raw material to suppliers and receive finished goods with billing linkage when job work is outsourced. Batch and serial tracking on Stock Inventory help trace consumed components and finished lots across warehouses when those item controls are enabled.

Stock, quality, and maintenance

Stock Inventory supplies items, warehouses, batch and serial, reorder levels, and movements tied to production. Quality Management covers quality inspection, quality procedures, non-conformance tracking, and inspection reports for quality checks and compliance. Maintenance covers maintenance schedule, maintenance visit or task, and equipment service history so scheduled maintenance stays beside production assets without inventing predictive-maintenance AI.

Subcontracting for outsourced production

Subcontracting includes subcontracting order, raw material issue to supplier, finished goods receipt, and subcontracting billing linkage. Outsourced job work stays linked to materials and billing for controlled subcontracting without inventing a separate contractor marketplace or MES layer.

Configurable in a project

MES, shop-floor IoT, predictive maintenance AI, and dedicated WMS or RF handheld suites can be configured or built as part of a project when interfaces are documented. They are not claimed as built-in Manufacturing features. Buying-procurement can supply materials when Material Request and Purchase Receipt are in the same ERP site. Assets module depreciation tracking can sit beside maintenance when fixed-asset registers are required—still a separate module enablement.
