Order Management System

Axix ERP is an order management system that runs Selling sales orders with Stock Inventory and delivery notes so warehouses and billing share one document trail. Track customers, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoices on the documented Sales and Inventory flows—while returns and refunds stay honestly scoped as configurable project work when needed.

Selling and the sales document flow

Selling includes customer management, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Note, Sales Invoice, pricing rules, discount rules, and sales analytics. The Sales flow moves from opportunity or quotation into Sales Order, then Delivery Note for stock out, Sales Invoice, and Payment so order tracking and delivery accuracy stay linked to accounts. That order-to-cash trail is the core of this order management system on Axix ERP. Pricing rules and discount rules stay on Selling documents so commercial terms remain visible from quotation through delivery without a separate quoting appliance. Reorder levels and Material Request support help replenish stock when fulfillment draws warehouse balances down. Inventory reports for balance, ledger, ageing, and valuation stay available when Stock Inventory is enabled.

Stock inventory on fulfillment

Stock Inventory covers item masters (groups, brand, SKU, barcode, UOM), multiple warehouses and bin or location organization, warehouse-wise balances and transfers, stock outward via Delivery Note, batch and serial tracking, reorder levels with Material Request support, and inventory reports for balance, ledger, ageing, and valuation. Fulfillment posts against on-hand quantities so the order management system does not invent a separate WMS or RF handheld suite beyond published item barcode fields.

Returns and refund management system

A returns and refund management system path is not listed as a finished Selling SKU. Credit and Debit Note exist in Accounts & Finance for adjustments against invoices. Full returns, exchanges, and refund workflows with reverse stock movements can be configured or built as part of a project when policies are documented—stated honestly as secondary scope, not a built-in feature list.

Configurable in a project

Omnichannel order aggregation, carrier-label APIs, and advanced returns portals can be configured or built as part of a project. Axix does not claim those as built-in Selling features. Portal order visibility is available when the Portal module is enabled. Buying-procurement remains the inbound counterpart when Materials Requests feed manufacturing or resale stock.
