Onboarding forms and approval ladders
Procurement teams need structured vendor applications—legal name, tax IDs, categories, bank details—with multi-step approval before a supplier can bid. A custom vendor registration management system usually stores those applications, tracks status, and writes approved vendors into Buying supplier masters when procurement is in scope. Blacklist and reactivation rules follow policy you write. We do not claim a global supplier network or invent third-party risk scores as a packaged brand.
IDP document checks with human review

Delivery for procurement and security
Discovery maps required documents, approvers, and which sites need gate linkage. Pilots often onboard one category of suppliers before open portals. Engagements use Fixed Price or Dedicated Team with NDA—no free-trial vendor registration product claim. Audit exports show who approved a supplier and which documents were current at approval time. Re-qualification cycles can force fresh uploads on a calendar you set. Optional RFQ invitation lists pull only approved vendors so buyers do not email the whole market. Bank-detail change workflows require dual control when finance demands it. Category managers see pending applications aging past SLA without spreadsheet chases. Temporary provisional status can allow limited RFQ invitations while insurance certificates finish review, with an automatic block when expiry passes.
